After you place an order on our website, we will immediately apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate which is required by the custom in your country. The application process normally takes about 2-3 weeks.
In the mean time, we will prepare the plants and do the necessary treatments so that the plants can get through the shipping and plant inspection by the authority in your country.
Once we obtain the certificate, we will immediately ship the plants via DHL to expedite the delivery of your plant orders.
Normally, shipments to USA and Europe takes about 5 days, however, shipment delays can occasionally occur.
After your package is scheduled to be picked up from our Nursery, we will email you the tracking number for your convenience.
